Email support@someoneiknew.com. Include what you were doing and what you saw. Please don’t send us private information about the person you’re looking for unless it is necessary for us to understand the issue.

Mark it “No, not them” and we’ll stop treating that result as a possible match. If a page shows something you believe should not appear at all, email us the source link and we’ll review it.

If you believe information about you is appearing in Someone I Knew results, or you don’t want your publicly available information surfaced here, email support@someoneiknew.com.

To help us review it, please include the link to the source page where the information appears. You don’t need to send us extra personal details — the source link is usually enough.

We’ll review every request and can stop Someone I Knew from presenting that source or information. We can’t remove the original page from the web: that content belongs to the website that published it, so you may also need to contact that site directly.

Someone I Knew is intended for genuine reconnection with people you previously knew. It must not be used to contact someone who has asked to be left alone, or for harassment, monitoring or unwanted contact.

• Check it’s really them before you say anything personal.
• Use a public, ordinary channel — the same one anyone else could use.
• Say who you are and how you knew each other.
• Make it easy to say no, and easy to say nothing at all.
• If you don’t hear back, leave it there.

You can delete an individual saved search from My People or delete your whole account from Account settings. Saved searches are retained for up to 30 days unless you delete them earlier.
